- Refunds will only be considered if Odeals or the Merchant is at fault.
- Your voucher is valid up to the expiration date stated on the deal and voucher. If there are specific needs as to the dates required (visiting family, or other restrictions) it is the responsibility of the customer to check the availability of those dates directly with the merchant BEFORE purchasing the voucher. No refunds will be given due to preferred dates not being available when alternative dates are available before the voucher expiry.
- Amount credited will be 30 days valid only. Customer must use the credits within 30 days otherwise Odeals.ae will not be liable if credits got expired
- Refund is to be given on a case to case basis only.

Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
– If your Odeals voucher has expired
– If you make a double purchase
– If you change your plans
– If you accidentally purchase a deal
– If you cite personal reasons

- CANCELLATION POLICY –
Customer can only cancel un-redeemed Vouchers within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
